Dining Out is the premium outdoors pop-up restaurant that opens somewhere in Japan for just a few days each time. This year, owner and chef of Akasaka’s restaurant TAKAZAWA in Tokyo and the lead chef in Dining Out Sado 2013, Yoshiaki Takazawa, recreates that memorable night in the ruins of the Sado gold mines in Dining Out Sado Revival 2018. Come take in the historic site, thick forest, the majestic outdoor space, and Sado’s traditional arts along with the delectable creations by Chef Takazawa made from local ingredients – this is sure a memorable and incomparable night.
