Parking Spaces

Bringing your car or a rental car to EC? No problem! There will be several event parking lots (free of charge) near EC’s main venue that can accommodate over 200 vehicles in total. When you arrive at EC, visit Marine Plaza Ogi/EC Info Centre to pick up a festival map that shows you where to park.

Prevent Heatstroke by Coming Prepared

During the festival, we expect intense sunlight and high temperatures. Due to their small bodies, young children are more susceptible to the adverse effects of hot weather in summer. We would like to remind parents and guardians to come prepared, and to pay extra close attention to their children's physical condition at EC. Please remember that EC staff are on standby to offer assistance as required. We recommend reading this article about signs of heatstroke and prevention methods to help prepare for your time at EC. First Aid

If you need assistance during a Harbour Concert, please alert the staff at the first-aid tent located at the rear of the venue. If you need assistance at other locations or times, please visit the EC Info Center or ask a EC staff member nearby. In case of emergency, please dial 119 for an ambulance.

If you have any other concerns or questions, please feel free to contact EC Committee via this inquiries form.
