Kodo no Kai Pre-Orders Before general ticket sales commence, we will offer EC ticket pre-orders exclusively to members of Kodo no Kai. Pre-Order Period: May 23 (Fri)–May 26 (Mon) *Please note that pre-orders are not available for Shiroyama Pop-up Campsite. ・Ticket numbers are limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Ticket sales will end for each event when it reaches its capacity. ・Changes and cancellations to ticket orders are not possible after payment has been received or processed. Replacement tickets (for lost tickets, etc.) will not be provided under any circumstances. ・Tickets will be issued for Harbour Concerts. ・For workshops, participants will receive a ticket receipt. Staff will check your name on the participant list before you enter the venue. ・Please check the participant requirements and what to bring before you register for workshops and experiences. If you’re not sure about anything, we recommend asking questions before ticket sales commence. ・This year, the workshop venues are Sado Taiko Experience Centre (Tatakokan) and Kodo Village. Please note that bus travel to and from these venues is not included in the workshop ticket price. ・For events at Kodo Village, access is only available by EC Shuttle Bus. (Please refrain from coming to Kodo Village by car, bike, or on foot, etc.) ・EC events do not have waitlists. This compact straw mat has a sunny tatami edge, decorated with the traditional triangular pattern (uroko moyo) that adorns Kodo’s costumes. It has a waterproof backing, providing you a dry, comfy spot to sit during the Harbour Concerts. These mats were made on Sado Island thanks to a collaboration between two local companies: Yamada Tatami Center in Ryotsu Bay, and clothing manufacturer ulcloworks, which is based on Sado and in Tokyo. The EC Straw Mat is part of the official EC merchandise lineup, so anyone can purchase one. However, Premium Area ticket holders will receive an exclusive accessory with theirs: a fastening band featuring an Ogi tub boat motif. Use it to roll your mat up for easy carrying and storage. (Size: 26.5cm × 33.0cm)

There will be three limited-edition designs, all featuring a tomoe pattern—the comma-like swirls painted on the large taiko—and printed autographs of the Kodo cast members for each concert night. Sit in the Premium Area for all three Harbour Concerts to collect the set. (Size: 7cm × 7cm)

Premium Area ticket holders will receive a silicone wristband to use for concert entry. (Area SS, S and A ticket holders receive a paper wristband.) It features art work by Atsuko Ogawa, a Sado-based illustrator who created the colorful EC logo, website, and merch motifs. We hope this glow-in-the-dark band will add a VIP touch to your concert experience. There will be a different colored band for each of the three Harbour Concerts.
