One of Sado Island’s main attractions is the sparkling sea that surrounds it. We’ve planned some fun ways for you to enjoy the clear blue waters during Earth Celebration. Grab this chance to create great memories out on the water!

Enjoy Sado’s emerald waters and explore a part of Ogi’s volcanic rock coast. This kayak tour takes you to Sado’s Blue Grotto and an emerald green inlet with a quaint private beach. Available daily. There are two sessions each day during EC: ① 9:00–12:00 ② 13:00–16:00

Meeting location: Ogi Diving Center Experience location: Kotoura Caves(a.k.a. Blue Grotto), inlet at Mushiya, and more. *The route may be subject to change due to weather conditions on the day.

Adults and Children ¥7,700 *Fee includes equipment rental, program fee, and insurance. *This experience is not available to children ages 4 & under.

・Children may participate from 5 years and older. Children need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. ・If the child’s weight exceeds 30kg, please add the child as an adult during the booking process. ・Please note that in case of an odd number of participants, you may be asked to share a kayak with a participant from another group. ・Please be aware that, depending on the weather conditions, the experience time and itinerary may be subject to change or might get canceled.

・Bathing suit, clothing that can get wet to wear over your bathing suit (top and bottom), sandals (or shoes that can get wet), hat, towel, drink, and a change of clothes. ・We recommend wearing clothing that protects your skin from the sun (with minimal skin exposure) and bringing insect repellent.
