Children’s ears are sensitive, and it’s best to avoid prolonged exposure to loud sounds whenever possible. To help your whole family enjoy the festival—and to keep concerts fun for years to come—we are offering loan earmuffs free of charge for children who are attending Harbour Concerts this year. How to Borrow Kids Earmuffs You can request kids earmuffs at the Harbour Concert Reception Tent near the venue entrance. Collection Time: 17:00–18:00, before each Harbour Concert Bond: ¥1,000 cash per pair (Please prepare the exact amount only, no change available) At the reception tent, you will be asked to write down your name and mobile phone number. You’ll receive one pair of child-friendly earmuffs in exchange for your bond. After the concert, please return the earmuffs to the Reception Tent and we will return your ¥1,000 bond.
